Trail Bologna by Great Grandma (Marie) Oller

Ingredients

• 2 lb. hamburger
• 1 tbsp. Tender Quick (made by Morton)
• 2 tsp. Black pepper
• 1/8 tsp. Garlic powder
• 1 1/2 t. Liquid smoke
• 1/2 tsp. Cracked peppercorn
• 1/4 c. Water

Directions

• Mix together until meat gets sticky on hands.
• Form into links and wrap in plastic wrap.
• Place in refrigerator for 24 hours.
• Unwrap and place o broiler pan and bake 1 hour at 300.
• Pat of excess grease and refrigerate.
