Roast and Potatoes by Grandma (Nelda) Hopkins

Ingredients

• 1 Chuck roast
• Potatoes and carrots
• Salt and pepper

Notes

Daddy remembers having this for Sunday lunch. Hope church gets out on time! The roast is in the oven!

Directions

• Line roasting pan with foil.
• Place ingredients into pan.
• Season with salt and pepper.
• Totally wrap with the foil.
• At least cover the bottom of pan with water (outside of foil); cover with lid.
• Cook at 350 for about 3 hours.
