Meat Sauce by Mom (Pam Hopkins)

Ingredients

• 1 jar spaghetti sauce (I prefer Ragu)
• 1 lb. ground beef or Italian sausage
• 1 clove garlic, minced

Directions

• Cook meat and garlic in a large non-stick pot until well done; Drain off grease.
• Add spaghetti sauce and cook until bubbling, then lower heat and simmer.
• Serve over spaghetti or other pasta.
