Hamburgers by Mom (Pam Hopkins)

Ingredients

• 1 lb. ground beef
• 1/2 envelope of onion soup mix
• buns
• cheese slices
• desired toppings

Notes

If you cook in a pan, you will need to drain off the grease.

Yields

4 patties

Directions

• Break ground beef into small pieces.
• Sprinkle in onion soup mix; mix in with hands.
• Form mixture into patties.
• Grill or cook in pan until juices run clear.
