Dipping Roast Beef Sandwiches with Melted Provolone by Mom (Pam Hopkins)

Ingredients

• 1 can condensed french onion soup
• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• 3/4 pound sliced deli roast beef
• 4 hoagie rolls
• 4 slices provolone cheese
• banana pepper rings (optional)

Yields

4 sandwiches

Directions

• Preheat oven to 400.
• Heat soup and Worcestershire sauce in saucepan. Bring to boil.
• Add beef and heat through, stirring occasionally.
• Divide beef among rolls.
• Top beef mixture with cheese slices and place sandwiches onto baking sheet.
• Bake 3 minutes or until the sandwiches are toasted and cheese is melted.
• Use leftover broth for dipping.
