Chicken Noodle Soup by Aunt Kim (Downey)

Ingredients

• 1 Whole Chicken
• 1 Tbsp. Garlic Garlic (Taste of Home Seasoning)
• Salt and Pepper

• 8 cups Chicken Broth
• 4-5 Carrots, diced
• 4-5 Stalks of Celery, diced
• 1 Medium Onion, diced
• 1 Tbsp. Parsley
• 1 Tsp. Tumeric
• Salt and Pepper
• 1 Cup Noodles

Directions

• Boil the chicken and seasoning for about 45 minutes.
• Strain and save the broth. Let the chicken cool and then shred the chicken.
• To the saved Chicken Broth, add Swanson Chicken Broth until you get about 8-10 cups in a large pot.
• Add carrots, celery, onion and seasonings. Bring to a boil, then turn down and simmer for about 45 minutes.
• Bring the broth back up to a boil and add the noodles.
• Cook another 8-10 minutes until noodles are soft.
