Cheesy Broccoli Rice Casserole for One by Heather Dean

Ingredients

• 1 cup hot cooked rice
• 2 Tbsp. cheddar cheese - shredded
• 4-5 frozen broccoli florets
• 1 Tbsp. water

Yields

1 serving

Directions

• In a bowl, add water, cheese, and broccoli.
• Heat the broccoli/cheese mixture in the microwave for 2 minutes.
• Remove from microwave and smash broccoli with fork.
• Pour in the rice, mix together, and serve.
