BBQ Pork Chops by Aunt Kim (Downey)

Ingredients

• 6 Pork Chops
• 6 Onion Slices
• 2 Tbsp. White Vinegar
• 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
• 2 Tsp. Salt
• 3 Tsp. Brown Sugar
• ½ Tsp. Red Pepper
• ½ Tsp. Black Pepper
• ½ Tsp. Chili Powder
• 1 Cup Ketchup
• 1 Cup Hot Water

Directions

• Place pork chops in a baking dish.
• Place an onion slice on each chop.
• Mix remaining ingredients thoroughly and pour over pork chops.
• Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 ½ hours.
• Uncover and bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
